Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other regions due to logistical constraints. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grass seed, hydroponic growing media, or any used gardening tools. All other products in original condition can be returned within our 15-day window.
