Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your gardening products arrive safely.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our gardening products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help make it right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Grass Seed (opened packages)
- Hydroponic Growing Media (opened packages)
- Indoor Plants (live plants)
- Garden Flowers (live plants)
- Landscape Fabric (cut or installed material)

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship to Us: Send the package to our warehouse at: Outdoor Plant Life Returns Department

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
